1. Access to your property – Please ensure gates or entryways are unlocked so we can inspect the area for your Christmas light installation.

When will my holiday lights be taken down?
A member of our Christmas lights team will contact you during the first couple weeks of January to let you know when we’ll be in your area for light removal. Unless otherwise specified, all holiday lights will be taken down by the end of January.
Can I request just one holiday lighting service, or do you only offer full-service packages?
You can absolutely choose individual services! Whether you need us to handle only your Christmas light installation, takedown, or storage, we’re happy to provide any single service or a combination of services.

To ensure performance, longevity, and warranty support, we only install permanent lighting systems that we provide and sell. We do not install customer-supplied products or lighting purchased from retailers, as those systems do not meet our commercial-grade standards.
